All my work, whether thrown on the potter's wheel, or hand built from a slab of clay, has been entirely crafted by me. I add the decorations, texture and finishing touches while the clay is still damp. I mix my glazes from the dry chemicals, which are of course non-toxic and lead-free. Everything is fired over 2200 F, a temperature that provides a durable chip-resistant surface essential for dinnerware. Everything is dishwasher safe, oven proof and microwaveable.

Because I personally make and decorate my work, each piece is a unique example of my creative efforts. And because clay and glazes inevitably contain impurities, they too will provide subtle irregularities that enhance the character and originality of the finished product. As part of the hand making process, such distinctiveness assures you of a handmade piece that reflects the individual quality of my work and my craft.
